How to rotate a PDF

What are the limits of Rotate PDF?

This does not deskew slightly tilted scans, crop margins or recognize text. Existing page rotation affects which angle gives the desired result.

How should I check the Rotate PDF result?

Close the preview and reopen the downloaded PDF. Inspect both portrait and landscape pages. Rescan or use an image editor for small-angle skew.
